Hand Breaths of Life

The word speaks of our lives being but hand breaths before him. The actions of our lungs, as we draw air in and out, put in mind the sway of the trees and flowers and all creation which also follow this pattern of His hand breaths. And then one day, like the word says, we finish our years like a sigh and fly away to be with him. Thank God for the wisdom to be able to see and feel his hand breaths in our being even though the difficult days have come and the years have drawn near. (Eccle.12&6) Remember your

creator before the silver cord is loosed, or the golden bowl is broken. or the pitcher shattered at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the well. Then the dust will return to the earth as it was and the spirit will return to God who gave it. (Thank You Lord) amen & amen
