Possible Covid 19 Exposure at The Landing Water Park
The Ralls County Health Department was notified that an asymptomatic person from another county tested positive for Covid 19 and had attended The Landing Water Park on Friday and Saturday, June 12th & 13th. If you were at The Landing Water Park on Friday from 10:15 am – 1:30 pm or Saturday from 11:00 am – 1:30 pm, we ask that you monitor for symptoms. Watch for fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, muscle or body aches, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. If you develop symptoms, contact your healthcare provider, get tested and remain at home away from others while awaiting results. We have received several calls and questions on Facebook and we would like to answer some of those questions at this time. This individual was at the Landing Water Park and was not at the campground. Asymptomatic means that no symptoms or signs of disease are present. An asymptomatic individual may be tested as part of a screening process for a procedure, doctor's visit, their place of employment, etc. If you were at The Landing Water Park during the date and times of possible exposure, you should monitor for symptoms. Watch for fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, muscle or body aches, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. If you develop symptoms, contact your healthcare provider, get tested and remain at home away from others while awaiting results. Unless you develop signs or symptoms, you do not need to cancel any plans or stop going to work because you were at the Landing Water Park on those dates.
