emailed receipts for annual USACE passes will no longer be accepted

December 03, 2023

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announces that emailed receipts for annual USACE passes will no longer be accepted starting January 1, 2024. If you purchase the annual pass, you'll have ten calendar days to redeem the receipt for an annual pass. This can be done by visiting the M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitor Center or by mailing the receipt with your name and address to the Mark Twain Lake Project Office at 20642 Highway J, Monroe City, MO 63456.

Automated fee collection machines are available at various recreation areas, including the M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitor Center, David C. Berti Shooting Range, Ray Behrens, Robert Allen, South Fork, Stoutsville, Indian Creek, Spalding Boat Ramp, and Spalding Day Use Area.

These machines will only accept credit/debit card transactions; cash or coins will not be accepted. Individuals have the option to purchase a USACE daily pass for $5 per day or an annual pass for $40. If you choose to buy a daily pass, please place the receipt face up on your vehicle's dashboard. The annual pass remains valid for one year from its redemption date and is recognized nationwide.

The M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitor Center's operational hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please ensure to call 573-565-2112 to confirm the center's opening hours before planning your visit, as winter hours may vary.
